Genzie.ai provides an AI-powered social media automation platform that allows users to create an AI clone and automate content creation and posting across social media platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree not to use Genzie.ai to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates the terms of any connected social media platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
You retain ownership of all content you upload and content generated using your AI clone. By uploading content, you grant Genzie.ai a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Genzie.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Genzie.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
