We stand behind Genzie.ai. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason within the first 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email support@genzie.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not available after the 30-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Log into your Genzie.ai dashboard, go to Profile & Billing, and follow the cancellation steps.
