Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)
Content you upload (photos, videos, brand voice documents) to train your AI clone
Social media account connections and usage data

How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Genzie.ai service — to generate your AI content, post to your connected accounts, and send you account-related communications. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely. Uploaded media and AI training data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. By using Genzie.ai, you also agree to Stripe's privacy policy. We connect to social media platforms on your behalf — your credentials are never stored by us; we use OAuth tokens which you can revoke at any time.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email support@genzie.ai to make a request.
